This Privacy Policy (hereinafter - Privacy Policy) applies to all information that the website NedT, (hereinafter - Digital Agency) located on the domain name nedt.group (as well as its subdomains), can obtain about the User during the use of the website nedt.group (as well as its subdomains), its programmes and its products.

1 Definition of Terms

1.1 The following terms are used in this Privacy Policy:

1.1.6. "Subdomains" are pages or a set of pages located on third-level domains belonging to the NedT website, as well as other temporary pages, at the bottom of which the contact information of the Administration is indicated

1.1.5. "NedT Website User" (hereinafter referred to as the User) is a person who has access to the NedT website via the Internet and uses the information, materials and products of the NedT website.

1.1.7. "Cookies" is a small piece of data sent by a web server and stored on the user's computer, which the web client or web browser sends to the web server in an HTTP request each time when trying to open a page of the corresponding site.

1.1.8. "IP address" is a unique network address of a node in a computer network through which the User gets access to the Digital Agency.

1.1.9. "Product" is a product that the User orders on the website and pays for through payment systems.

2. General Provisions

6. Rights and obligations of the parties

6.1. The User has the right to:

6.1.2. Update and add the information provided on personal data in case of changes to this information.

6.1.3. The User has the right to receive information from the Administration regarding the processing of their personal data, unless such right is limited in accordance with federal laws. The User has the right to require the Administration to clarify their personal data, block or destroy them if the personal data is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, illegally obtained or are not necessary for the stated purpose of processing, as well as to take measures provided for by law to protect their rights.

6.2. The Administration is obliged to:

6.2.2. 7. Responsibility of the parties

7.8. The Administration is not responsible for any direct or indirect losses that occurred due to: the use or inability to use the site or individual services; unauthorized access to User communications; statements or behavior of any third party on the site.

7.9. The Administration is not responsible for any information posted by the user on the NedT website, including, but not limited to: copyrighted information without the express consent of the copyright owner.

8. Dispute Resolution

8.1. Before filing a lawsuit in court on disputes arising from the relationship between the User and the Administration, it is obligatory to submit a claim (a written proposal or an offer in electronic form for a voluntary settlement of the dispute).8.2. The recipient of the claim within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim, notifies the applicant of the claim in writing or electronically about the results of the claim review.

8.3. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be referred to the Tbilisi Arbitration Court.

8.4. The current legislation of the Russian Federation applies to this Privacy Policy and the relationship between the User and the Administration.

9. Additional conditions

9.1. The Administration has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the User's consent.

9.2. The new Privacy Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted on the NedT website, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Privacy Policy.
